Could you tell me the minimum weight for a 5'6" woman? I'm about 98% sure I want to do this even though I'm tiny, but haven't been able to find a concrete number.

I wouldn’t worry about Minimum Weight though, Your Recruiter will help you gain muscle weight and can give you input on gaining it!
